What made you pursue OT, and where do you see yourself going:  I decided to pursue OT after seeing an OT work with my grandma who has Alzheimer’s disease. I love the fact that OT focuses on each individual as a unique person with different interests, values, and needs. I can see myself working with TBI/stroke population groups however I am open to anything and everything as of now.

What you enjoy most about the program: My favourite part about the program is learning about all the areas OTs can specialize in. I also enjoy how supportive my classmates are!

Fun piece of information about yourself: I love to travel and I use to be on a synchronized skating team.

One piece of advice to first year students: Enjoy your time in school while you can! Make time for yourself and your friends, you are one big OT family!
